Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience in payroll management, particularly in conducting payroll audits and processing. Your attention to detail ensures data accuracy and compliance across various payroll-related tasks. You are comfortable working with global payroll systems and have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and practices.
You are adept at collaborating with finance and total rewards teams to pull and prepare payroll, benefits, and compensation reports. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct various payroll-related audits effectively, ensuring that all processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for performing payroll audits and processing, ensuring that all deductions and benefits are accurately accounted for. You will conduct audits with PlanSource on a quarterly basis and prepare necessary reports for the finance team. Your role will also involve reviewing payroll audit trails and preview files prior to payroll processing to maintain data integrity.
You will provide backup support for Payroll Specialists during their leave or holidays, ensuring continuity in payroll operations. Additionally, you will support global payroll projects, participating in data review and validation as part of the Global Payroll Implementation with UKG. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing payroll folders and files efficiently.
