What you'll do

As the Regional Manager for Customer Success, you will lead and scale Okta’s SLED team, focusing on building a high-performing unit that aligns with the company's core values. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, developing tailored strategies that drive retention and expansion while ensuring that public sector partners achieve secure and seamless identity solutions for their constituents. You will provide consistent guidance and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
