You are skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in the realm of information security and data processing agreements. You understand the importance of compliance with data privacy laws and are committed to helping organizations maintain security and trust with their customers.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential legal issues and providing solutions that align with business objectives. You are a lifelong learner, eager to stay updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity law and technology.
Desirable
Experience working in a cloud-first or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the Okta platform or similar identity management solutions.
