Who you are

You are a seasoned Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in the Expense module and integrations. With your expertise, you excel at turning complex business requirements into seamless Workday solutions, ensuring that stakeholders receive the support they need through hands-on training and proactive system enhancements. You have a knack for navigating the full lifecycle of Workday releases, ensuring that every update is implemented smoothly and effectively.

Your experience includes managing configurations, EIBs, and troubleshooting within Workday, allowing you to provide day-to-day support to users. You are adept at leading the design, testing, and deployment of Workday finance expense solutions, utilizing best practices to drive process improvements. Your collaborative nature enables you to partner effectively with business stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gather requirements and resolve pain points.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the Workday SME for the Workday Expense module, handling all aspects of configuration and integration. You will lead the design and implementation of finance expense solutions, ensuring that they align with best practices and meet the needs of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing data accuracy and implementing ongoing enhancements to support new Workday features and functionality.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements, ensuring that the Workday system is optimized for user needs. Your role will also involve troubleshooting issues and providing day-to-day support to ensure that users can effectively utilize the Workday platform. You will play a key role in training stakeholders on new features and enhancements, ensuring that they are well-equipped to leverage the system effectively.
