You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experiences.

Your technical skills include proficiency in languages such as Java and Python, and you have experience working with REST APIs and machine learning frameworks. You understand the importance of user experience and strive to make AI accessible and useful for internal customers. You are a lifelong learner, eager to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and software development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in building systems that leverage GenAI to improve internal experiences across various departments such as IT, HR, and Customer Support. You will design and implement both user-facing and backend systems, ensuring they are performant and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows, developing virtual agents, and creating AI-augmented self-service portals.

You will also be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Your role will require you to write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of software quality. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
