Desirable

Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications is a plus, as is familiarity with enhancing employee workflows. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. A passion for improving user adoption and productivity through intuitive design is essential.
