Who you are

You have over 4 years of experience in a UX designer role, building digital software or applications that prioritize user experience. Your deep expertise spans various UX disciplines, including product design, UX strategy, interaction design, content strategy, and user research. You possess a background in UX design, supported by relevant education or certifications, and you communicate effectively in English with international teams and clients.

You are adept at working with pre-existing design patterns and assets while also demonstrating the creativity needed to define new patterns and designs for innovative challenges. Your proficiency with design tools such as Sketch and InVision allows you to drive projects forward efficiently. You have a positive attitude and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple products and project teams simultaneously.

What you'll do

As a UX Designer at Wizeline, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance digital products and services. You will be responsible for conducting user research to inform design decisions and ensure that the user experience is seamless and engaging. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client needs and business goals.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to implement your designs, ensuring that they are feasible and meet technical requirements. Your ability to balance creativity with practicality will be essential as you iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results. You will also contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines that promote consistency across products.
