You have over 5 years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling visual content across various platforms. Your expertise in Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator allows you to bring creative visions to life, and you have a keen eye for detail that ensures high-quality outputs. You are also skilled at mentoring junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies and branding campaigns. You have a strong understanding of user experience principles and can apply them to your design work. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your designs and processes.
What you'll do
As a Senior Brand Designer at OKX, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple channels. You will collaborate with the MEA Design Lead to develop creative materials for YouTube, social media, web, and other digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing design projects from start to finish, ensuring that all materials align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience. You will also mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support as they work on their own projects.
You will be involved in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative direction of campaigns and events. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that design concepts are understood and executed correctly. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking inspiration to enhance your work and the work of your team.
