You are a detail-oriented and creatively-driven Senior Brand Designer with a strong background in visual identity and brand ecosystems. You have experience in creating scalable design solutions and are skilled at managing projects and vendors to ensure consistency and quality across various brand expressions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to elevate brand messaging and drive business objectives forward.
You possess a deep understanding of design principles and tools, including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, which you use to translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives. Your systems thinking approach allows you to see the bigger picture while also focusing on the finer details that make a brand stand out. You are passionate about design and its impact on user experience and brand perception.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and evolution of Flexport's visual identity across multiple touchpoints, including the website, marketing campaigns, sales decks, and internal presentations. You will blend hands-on design work with project management, ensuring that all brand expressions are consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time.
