What you'll do

As the Head of Product Compliance at OKX, you will lead the compliance oversight for all global product offerings, ensuring that they adhere to regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks. You will be responsible for embedding a compliance framework into the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-release monitoring. Your role will involve assessing compliance risks associated with new products and features, providing guidance to product teams, and ensuring that compliance considerations are integrated into product strategies. You will also collaborate closely with legal and risk teams to develop policies and procedures that support compliance objectives.

In addition, you will monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on OKX's products, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with evolving regulations. You will act as a strategic partner to various teams, helping them understand compliance requirements and the importance of risk management in product development. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their roles in maintaining compliance.
