You possess strong leadership skills and have built and managed teams effectively — you thrive in collaborative environments and can work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed compliance into the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths.

You are detail-oriented and have a deep understanding of regulatory standards and certification processes — you stay updated on changes in regulations and can adapt compliance strategies accordingly. Your proactive approach helps mitigate risks and ensures that products not only meet but exceed quality standards.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product Compliance at WHOOP, you will lead the global compliance and certification efforts for our innovative health products. You will design and implement compliance strategies that align with our mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into every stage of the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization.

You will build and mature the product compliance function, creating systems and processes that support our growing portfolio. This includes developing training programs for team members and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify compliance risks early in the development process, allowing for timely adjustments and ensuring that our products are ready for market entry. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, emphasizing the importance of regulatory integrity in our product offerings.
