Your experience includes defining design strategies that integrate various financial technologies, including CeFi, wallets, and DeFi solutions. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that design aligns with business goals and user needs. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about innovation and are committed to pushing the boundaries of design in the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.

Desirable

Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized finance applications. A portfolio showcasing your design work in complex product ecosystems will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on user-centered design principles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and lead the design vision for OKX's Web3 products, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. You will shape the design for key product areas such as Wallet, DEX, and Growth, focusing on creating a clarity-first ecosystem that lowers barriers for users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions. Your leadership will guide the design team in developing high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for establishing design standards and best practices that promote consistency across all products. As a thought leader in the organization, you will advocate for user-centered design and ensure that the voice of the user is represented in all product discussions.
