Your deep understanding of growth campaign operations across major exchanges and wallets allows you to design and implement high-ROI incentive systems effectively. You excel in project management, demonstrating exceptional capabilities in closed-loop execution to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at using data to inform decision-making. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, enables you to align growth strategies with overall business objectives. You are passionate about the crypto industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and decentralized exchanges (DEX). You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the formulation and execution of event growth strategies that drive user acquisition and transaction volume growth. You will oversee campaign operations, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will manage end-to-end project leadership, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This includes coordinating with various teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute initiatives. You will also analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align growth strategies with product offerings. You will be responsible for communicating project updates and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
