What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of VIP Growth & Operations, focusing on high-net-worth individual clients. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and iterating on VIP lifecycle programs to enhance customer engagement and retention. Your strategic vision will guide the overall product planning for the VIP product line, ensuring alignment with company goals.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop personalized service solutions that cater to the unique needs of VIP customers. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and data to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement. You will also lead initiatives aimed at increasing platform AUM (Assets Under Management) through targeted strategies and operational excellence.
