With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully led product development initiatives and have a deep understanding of risk management in trading environments. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product strategies align with both user needs and business objectives. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market and liquidity risks effectively, and you are comfortable making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech space is a plus, as is familiarity with derivatives trading products. You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for OKX's trading platform. You will assess the risks associated with the trading system, including liquidity and market risks, and develop effective monitoring and management methods. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other teams, you will ensure that the product meets the needs of traders, enhancing their onboarding and trading experiences. You will lead product development cycles, from ideation through to launch, and continuously gather feedback to iterate on product features.

You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned on product goals and timelines. Your role will require you to stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to make informed decisions about product enhancements and new features. You will play a key role in shaping the future of trading at OKX, contributing to the company's mission of reshaping the future through crypto.
