What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the development and delivery of the Trading Risk Engine, focusing on risk monitoring and related solutions for crypto asset trading products. You will plan and design features such as mark price, liquidation systems, and insurance funds, ensuring they meet the needs of traders. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement these features effectively, conducting user research to gather feedback and iterate on product design. Your responsibilities will also include defining success metrics for the product and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. You will lead product strategy discussions and ensure alignment with the overall goals of the Trading Product Group.
