You are passionate about the crypto space and understand the latest trends and user needs, which helps you craft compelling product strategies. Experience with AI-driven tools and marketing strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with referral systems and user acquisition tactics. A background in finance or trading can also be beneficial, as it provides context for understanding user behavior in the crypto market.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on driving user acquisition for the OKX Web3 team, aiming to onboard the next million users. You will capture the latest narratives in the crypto space, such as self-custody and decentralized finance (DeFi), to create engaging user experiences. You will leverage AI and content to help users identify industry trends and trading opportunities, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. You will construct referral systems that incentivize user growth and develop advanced market tools to promote user conversion and transactions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering teams to enhance product features and functionalities, conducting user research to gather insights, and defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will also work closely with marketing to align product strategies with go-to-market efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to user engagement.
