You have a proven track record in growth marketing — you've developed and executed strategies that significantly increased user acquisition and retention. Your familiarity with referral systems and gamification techniques, such as quest and rewards systems, positions you well to innovate in this space.

What you'll do

As a Senior/Principal Product Manager at OKX, you will focus on driving user growth for the Web3 team by onboarding the next million users. You will capture the latest narratives in the crypto space, such as self-custody and decentralized finance (DeFi), to inform product development and marketing strategies.

You will build advanced decentralized exchange (DEX) market tools that promote user conversion and transactions — your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to develop features that enhance user experiences and drive engagement.

You will leverage AI and content to help users identify industry trends and trading opportunities promptly — your insights will guide the development of tools that empower users to make informed decisions in the crypto market.

Constructing referral systems to drive business growth will be a key responsibility — you will innovate mechanisms that incentivize user referrals and enhance community engagement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies — your ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration will be crucial to your success.
