Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in product development — you have a track record of using data to inform decisions and improve product offerings. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in trading systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing the industry's leading crypto trading system, which includes both spot and derivatives trading products. You will oversee the development of key modules such as order management, margin checks, and matching engines, ensuring that they are robust and scalable to handle significant trading volumes.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Legal and Compliance, to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure that the trading infrastructure meets the needs of both retail and institutional clients.

You will lead the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on market demands and user needs. Your ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision will be crucial in driving the success of the trading system.

You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for the trading products and using data to track performance and inform future development. Your insights will help shape the direction of the product and ensure that it remains competitive in the rapidly evolving crypto market.
