Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You are comfortable with using push notifications to enhance user engagement and have a strong understanding of personalization strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and optimization of AI and agent products at OKX. You will lead cross-functional teams to build AI infrastructure and application products that enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product direction. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.

You will also be responsible for driving user engagement and retention through effective use of push notifications, balancing personalization, timing, frequency, and business impact. Your role will involve setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterating on product features based on user feedback and data analysis.

Collaboration with marketing teams will be essential to align product strategies with go-to-market initiatives. You will participate in sprint planning and stakeholder meetings to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
