What you'll do

As the Product Manager for Sendbird's AI Agent, you will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap, establishing the platform as a leader in proactive customer engagement. You will own key metrics for the AI Agent product line, focusing on customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and adoption. Your strategic vision will translate into concrete business outcomes, driving the success of Sendbird's AI offerings.
