You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency space is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You are comfortable navigating regulatory landscapes and have a strong understanding of compliance requirements related to payment processing. A background in data analytics will help you make informed decisions based on user behavior and market dynamics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including payment gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local payment service providers (PSPs). You will be responsible for building and optimizing on/off-ramp payment systems to enhance user experience on the OKX platform. Your strategic vision will guide the development of new payment features that align with the company's goals and user needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that payment systems are integrated smoothly into the overall platform. This includes working closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and oversee the implementation of new features. You will also engage with external partners to negotiate terms and ensure that OKX remains competitive in the rapidly evolving payment landscape.

Your role will involve continuous monitoring of payment performance metrics, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. You will conduct user research to gather feedback on payment processes, using this data to inform product decisions and enhance user satisfaction.

Additionally, you will play a key role in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives. You will lead sprint planning sessions and ensure that the team is aligned on goals and deliverables.
