Engineering Manager • Lead

Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering management, with experience building products for enterprise users or direct consumers. You have a proven track record of developing product platforms that serve other product teams, and you are familiar with the payment processing industry. Your experience includes building out new teams and collaborating with partners across multiple regions and time zones. You are comfortable in user-facing roles and have a knack for identifying emerging trends in markets.

What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Stripe's payments team, you will lead a new APAC-focused team in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, defining the technical strategy that aligns with Stripe's mission. You will partner closely with Product Management to ship features that unlock growth across APAC and China. Your team will play a critical role in serving strategic regional users, translating insights into global product capabilities. You will collaborate cross-functionally across Stripe to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that enhance the payments platform.
