Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, particularly within the trading or financial services sector, with at least 5 years of experience. You possess a deep understanding of risk management principles and have successfully led product development initiatives that enhance user experience in trading environments. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is exceptional, and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative settings. You are familiar with the crypto market and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. You are results-driven and have a track record of delivering products that meet user needs and drive business growth.
Desirable
Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with derivatives trading products. You have a keen analytical mindset and are comfortable using data to inform product decisions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for product improvement and are passionate about creating solutions that enhance the trading experience for users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and designing risk monitoring solutions for OKX's crypto asset trading products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to define and execute the product strategy. Your focus will be on optimizing risk-related solutions, including mark price and liquidation systems, to ensure a seamless trading experience for users. You will lead the development process, from ideation through to launch, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will also engage with traders to gather feedback and insights that will inform future product enhancements. Your role will involve regular collaboration with various teams to align on product goals and ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
