What you'll do

As a Senior/Lead Algorithm Engineer at OKX, you will be responsible for designing intelligent bidding algorithms that optimize paid advertising campaigns — your work will directly influence how we attract and retain users across 100+ countries. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that our advertising strategies align with overall business goals.

You will build and maintain scalable machine learning systems that analyze user data and optimize targeting strategies — your algorithms will help us understand user behavior and improve our marketing efforts. You will also be involved in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your algorithms and make adjustments as necessary.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and help them grow their skills — as the area matures, you may also have the chance to scale the team and transition into a Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager role. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
