What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing OKX's overseas growth algorithm capabilities from the ground up — you will design and implement end-to-end machine learning systems that optimize paid advertising on platforms like Google and Meta. Your work will directly influence user targeting strategies and lifetime value predictions across over 100 countries.

You will define the technical direction for algorithm development and ensure that the systems you build are scalable and efficient — this high-impact role will require you to take ownership of projects and deliver results that align with OKX's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that your algorithms meet business needs and drive user acquisition.
