What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Global Monitoring & Testing Team within Compliance, focusing on monitoring and testing activities specifically for OKX Malta. You will design and implement independent testing of compliance controls, ensuring that the company meets its regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include developing testing methodologies, analyzing results, and reporting findings to senior management.

You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Monitoring & Testing and the Head of Compliance, OKX Europe, to define compliance testing strategies and ensure alignment with the company's overall compliance culture. You will also play a key role in advising the business on regulatory changes and their implications for compliance practices.
