You have a solid understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in using design tools such as Figma. Your experience in the crypto or fintech space is a plus, as it allows you to bring valuable insights into the design process. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for OKX Pay, focusing on creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals. Your contributions will play a crucial role in the development and launch of innovative features that cater to the needs of our users.

You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. By analyzing user feedback and behavior, you will iterate on designs to improve usability and engagement. You will also be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with global design teams to ensure consistency and quality across all products. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.
