Your familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, and staking allows you to navigate complex product landscapes effectively. You possess a data-driven mindset, enabling you to analyze user behavior and optimize the entire funnel from acquisition to retention.

Your ability to collaborate with technical teams is essential, as you will work closely with engineers to implement innovative on-chain scenarios. You are adept at building data monitoring systems and developing improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU and MAU. Your leadership skills will potentially allow you to grow and lead the web3 team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design product growth strategies that focus on user growth and engagement. You will optimize the user acquisition funnel through data analysis, ensuring that every stage from activation to retention is finely tuned for success. You will build and maintain a data monitoring system to track key performance indicators, developing actionable improvement plans based on your findings.
