What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building OKX Planet Community’s content safety and governance system from 0 to 1. You will define risk categories and severity levels for various types of content, including scams, harassment, and misinformation. You will build multi-language lexicons and rule strategies to manage content across different scenarios, ensuring that the platform remains safe and compliant. Your work will involve integrating risk signals and systems, designing enforcement actions, and continuously measuring and improving the effectiveness of the moderation strategies. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure that the content moderation system aligns with user experience goals and regulatory requirements.
