You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech or crypto space — you've successfully led product initiatives that cater to high-net-worth individuals or institutional clients, demonstrating your ability to understand their unique needs and preferences. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute product roadmaps that drive customer engagement and retention.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions — you understand how to leverage customer insights to optimize product offerings and enhance user experiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, ensures that product launches are executed smoothly and effectively.
You are a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments — you enjoy mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within your team. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the market dynamics and customer expectations. Familiarity with customer lifecycle management tools and techniques will enhance your ability to drive VIP programs effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of VIP Growth & Operations, ensuring that lifecycle programs for high-net-worth clients are planned, launched, and iterated effectively. You will spearhead the overall strategy for the VIP product line, focusing on creating personalized services that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously optimize system functionalities and improve the overall user experience.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that product features align with customer needs and market trends. Additionally, you will work with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that promote VIP offerings and drive engagement.
