Omnea is seeking a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to build their growth engine as they scale across Europe and the US. You'll drive awareness, intent, and pipeline through experimentation and high-quality execution. This role requires a strong background in growth marketing strategies.

You have a proven track record in growth marketing, ideally with experience in building and scaling marketing strategies for startups or high-growth companies. You understand the nuances of full-funnel marketing and have successfully driven awareness and pipeline through innovative campaigns. Your analytical mindset allows you to experiment effectively and measure the impact of your initiatives.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and commercial associates. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Desirable
Experience in the enterprise software space is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven platforms. You may have worked with global brands and understand the intricacies of marketing in diverse markets. A background in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As the Founding Growth Marketing Lead at Omnea, you will be responsible for architecting and operating the company's growth engine.
