What you'll do

As the Director of Technical Operations, you will own the end-to-end operational responsibility for Onapsis’ SaaS platforms and on-premise product catalog. You will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, security, and performance of production environments, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers. Your role will involve defining and implementing best practices for tooling and automation, as well as overseeing release management processes.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that software is built, released, and operated in a secure and efficient manner. Your responsibilities will include managing operational services that support both SaaS and on-premise offerings, with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to optimize operational costs while maintaining high availability and security standards.
