You have a strong background in technical operations, with at least 7+ years of experience managing production environments and leading teams in DevOps, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability Engineering. Your expertise in cloud engineering and automation tools has equipped you to handle complex operational challenges effectively. You understand the importance of security and reliability in production environments, and you have a proven track record of implementing best practices that enhance operational maturity.
You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving operational goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned with the organization's objectives. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and problem-solving, and you are passionate about driving continuous improvement in operational processes.
What you'll do
As the Director of Technical Operations, you will own the end-to-end operational responsibility for Onapsisβ SaaS platforms and on-premise product catalog. You will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, security, and performance of all production services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of availability and efficiency. Your role will involve defining and implementing operational processes that support both cloud and customer-hosted environments, ensuring consistency and scalability across the board.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to establish best practices for software deployment and release management. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the technical operations team. You will also be responsible for managing operational costs while maintaining high service levels, ensuring that the organization can scale effectively as it grows.
