Who you are
You are an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a focus on women's health. You have a strong background in providing patient-centered care and are comfortable working in a collaborative environment with physicians. Your experience in OBGYN is preferred, and you are passionate about guiding patients through their healthcare journey with empathy and professionalism. You may also be a new graduate eager to learn and grow in a supportive practice. Being Spanish-speaking is a plus, as it allows you to connect with a broader patient base.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning for patients in the OB/GYN clinic. You will work closely with experienced physicians to ensure comprehensive care for women at all stages of their health journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing education on health issues. You will also play a vital role in fostering strong patient relationships, ensuring that each patient feels valued and understood. Your contributions will help shape the quality of care provided in the clinic, and you will be encouraged to participate in continuous learning and professional development.
