Who you are
You are a dedicated healthcare professional, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care. Your background may include experience in urology, but new graduates are encouraged to apply as well. You possess strong communication skills and ideally are fluent in Spanish, allowing you to connect with a diverse patient population. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Desirable
Experience in urology as a registered nurse or advanced practice provider is preferred, but not mandatory. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, embracing the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians. Your ability to speak Spanish is a plus, enhancing your ability to serve the community effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Urology team at New York Health, where you will provide comprehensive patient care through evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment planning. You will work closely with physicians to ensure that patients receive the best possible care throughout their treatment journey. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated care. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their healthcare experiences with professionalism and compassion.
