Who you are
You are an Advanced Practice Provider with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in breast surgery, medical oncology, or women's health. You value teamwork and patient education, and you are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a collaborative environment. Your background as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant equips you with the skills necessary to support patient evaluations and post-operative follow-ups effectively.
You thrive in an outpatient setting and enjoy meaningful patient interactions. You understand the importance of working closely with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and educate patients about their care is a key strength that you bring to the role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support breast surgery services at the Bronx clinic, working closely with surgeons and clinical teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient evaluations, managing post-operative follow-ups, and providing ongoing care in a private practice setting. You will be expected to travel between clinics as needed, ensuring that patients receive consistent and high-quality care across locations.
You will play a crucial role in contributing to a supportive surgical care experience, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Your expertise will help shape the patient journey, from initial evaluations through to recovery, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care.
