What you'll do

As an Associate Product Specialist at OneSpan, you will handle second-line cases for assigned cybersecurity products and services. You will work closely with product specialists and engineering teams to ensure quick resolutions to incidents, maintaining service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and diagnosing tickets to provide timely resolutions, as well as creating and maintaining an internal and external knowledge base to support customer service excellence. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the success of OneSpan's cybersecurity solutions.
