You have 3+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in fast-scaling companies — you thrive in environments where you can tackle complex problems and contribute to building foundational systems. As a self-directed generalist, you are capable of picking up any engineering problem and solving it, no matter how tedious. You are comfortable shipping code quickly and iteratively, ensuring it is correct, robust, scalable, and maintainable. You take pride in the excellence of the product you build and are always looking to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest technologies.
What you'll do
Join Onton as a Founding Engineer and set the foundation for our Engineering Team. You will design, scope, implement, and deploy user-critical features that will enhance the decision-making experience for millions of users. Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, AI researchers, and product designers to tackle cutting-edge problems and create a seamless, cohesive experience for users. You will build across every layer of the stack, including web applications, containers, and infrastructure, while staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques to continually enhance our system and the team.
