Who you are
You have hands-on experience as an Information Security Administrator, particularly in the healthcare sector, where you've ensured the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive clinical and patient data across various systems. Your familiarity with compliance frameworks and operational security controls makes you a strong candidate for this role. You are proficient in English and comfortable collaborating remotely with teams across the globe, particularly in highly regulated environments.
You understand the unique challenges of working in HealthTech and have experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) or clinical systems. Your background equips you to navigate the complexities of information security in healthcare, ensuring that all security measures align with industry standards and regulations. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support and strengthen the information security posture of a digital health technology organization. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures that protect clinical and patient data. Your role will involve conducting regular audits and documentation reviews, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and implement effective solutions. Your expertise will guide the organization in adopting best practices for information security, particularly in the context of healthcare technology. You will also be involved in training staff on security awareness and best practices, fostering a culture of security within the organization.
As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor security incidents and respond to potential threats, ensuring that the organization remains vigilant against cyber threats.
