Who you are
You are a technically proficient AI Deployment Engineer with a strong business mindset — you thrive in guiding startups through the ideation, development, and scaling of innovative AI applications. Your experience allows you to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the safe and effective deployment of Generative AI solutions. You have a passion for working with diverse clients, from early-stage startups to established enterprises, and you understand the unique challenges they face in leveraging AI technology.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for clients sets you apart. You are driven by the desire to push the frontier of advanced AI and are excited about the potential of AI to solve global challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with strategic startup customers, serving as their technical thought partner to build novel applications on our API. You will guide them through the entire process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they maximize the value of what they build on our platform. Your responsibilities will include collecting and delivering high-fidelity product and model feedback internally, which is crucial for continuous improvement.
You will work on some of the most exciting AI use cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects to production. Your role will involve developing a backlog of GenAI use cases tailored to each customer's industry, providing strong technical guidance throughout the deployment process. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with job posting standards and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
