What you'll do

In this role, you will identify important model capabilities, skills, and behaviors that are crucial to financial workflows. You will design methods to quantify performance in these areas, ensuring that evaluations are robust and meaningful. You will own and pursue a research agenda focused on significant model capabilities, particularly as they relate to financial reasoning, and build evaluations to measure these capabilities effectively.

You will continuously refine evaluations of frontier AI models, assessing the extent of their capabilities and ensuring they align with real-world applications. Your work will directly contribute to the development of ambitious evaluations that drive progress in AI safety and effectiveness. You will collaborate with a team of experts, sharing insights and findings to enhance the overall impact of the evaluations.
