Who you are
You are a product-oriented Engineering Leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, SMB, or collaboration products. You thrive in ambiguity and possess a founder-level ownership mentality, enabling you to navigate complex challenges effectively. Your experience leading teams has equipped you with the skills to drive user adoption and conversion strategies successfully.
You have a deep understanding of onboarding, activation, and conversion processes, allowing you to design tailored user experiences that enhance engagement. Your ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear strategies and execution plans is a key strength, ensuring that your team can move quickly while maintaining high engineering quality.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a small, senior team responsible for building growth systems across onboarding, activation, trials, and monetization. You will own critical business funnels, guiding users from free to paid subscriptions and facilitating seat expansion. Your collaboration with Product, Design, Data Science, and other Growth teams will be essential in driving the success of ChatGPT's adoption.
You will design and iterate on onboarding flows that align with user intent and acquisition channels, ensuring a seamless experience for new users. Your focus will be on driving activation and adoption of meaningful workflows, helping businesses leverage AI effectively. You will also build product signals and tools to identify and support Enterprise-ready customers, contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
