You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about using AI to enhance productivity and collaboration in the workplace. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex challenges to deliver impactful solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for ChatGPT’s self-serve Business offering. You will own the full user journey, from discovery and purchase to onboarding and long-term retention. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the pricing and packaging align with a range of business needs, as well as optimizing user journeys between consumer and business plans. You will use data, experimentation, and customer insights to improve upgrade funnels and expand usage.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the product experience and drive growth. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape how AI is adopted in workplaces and scale a fast-growing business line into a sustainable venture.
