Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on growth strategies for technology products. You understand how to drive user engagement and have a track record of optimizing user journeys from discovery to retention. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage data and customer insights to inform product decisions, ensuring that the offerings meet diverse customer needs.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about using AI to enhance productivity and collaboration in the workplace. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex challenges to deliver impactful solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for ChatGPTβs self-serve Business offering. You will own the full user journey, from discovery and purchase to onboarding and long-term retention. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the pricing and packaging align with a range of business needs, as well as optimizing user journeys between consumer and business plans. You will use data, experimentation, and customer insights to improve upgrade funnels and expand usage.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the product experience and drive growth.
