You'll collaborate across research, product, and design to enhance user experiences in ChatGPT. This role requires 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in management.

You have over 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in engineering management — you've successfully led teams and driven impactful projects in fast-paced environments. You possess a strong passion for creating delightful product experiences that resonate with users and enhance their interactions with technology.
You thrive in ambiguous situations and are comfortable navigating rapid changes — your problem-solving skills allow you to dive deep into challenges and find effective solutions. You have a proven track record of coaching engineers, helping them reach their peak potential, and fostering an inclusive culture that encourages open communication and collaboration.
Your experience includes attracting and hiring top talent in competitive fields — you understand the nuances of building diverse teams and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. You are eager to learn and share knowledge, ensuring that your team continuously grows and evolves.
Desirable
Experience in AI or machine learning environments would be a plus, as would familiarity with product development processes. You may also have a background in user experience design, which can enhance your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
