What you'll do

As a Full-Stack Engineer at OpenAI, you will design, build, and maintain web applications that serve both external customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering full-stack solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of users while adhering to best practices in usability and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to rapidly prototype and iterate on new tools, taking them from concept to reliable systems.

You will engage in the entire development lifecycle, from early prototypes to production-ready systems, and will be expected to make sound decisions regarding the use of third-party tools and libraries. Your role will involve working closely with various teams across hardware, operations, design, research, and software, enabling the organization to move quickly and operate at scale.
