You have a strong background in hardware development and infrastructure management, with experience in building scalable systems that support complex workflows. You understand the unique demands of AI workloads and have a passion for optimizing hardware for performance and efficiency. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams, translating their needs into effective tooling and systems. You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and have a solid understanding of cloud and HPC environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy problem-solving to enhance development processes.
Desirable
Experience with regression systems and automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI-native silicon development and the challenges associated with it will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying failure modes and implementing solutions that streamline workflows. A background in software development or scripting languages will also be beneficial as you work to create custom design tools and methodologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with hardware teams to understand their workflows and tooling needs. You will embed with teams across various domains, including design verification and emulation, to identify failure modes and deliver tooling that reduces manual work. You will build and operate regression systems at scale, owning the process from definition and scheduling to execution and results analysis. Your responsibilities will include designing CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms that enhance the visibility and measurability of development efficiency. You will also be involved in creating custom services and APIs that facilitate smoother collaboration between hardware and software teams.
