What you'll do

As a Client Platform Engineer at OpenAI, you will play a pivotal role in securing, enhancing, and maintaining our endpoint management infrastructure across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices. Your focus will be on building scalable, automated solutions that ensure seamless deployments and advanced security configurations. You will collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Engineering teams to implement modern endpoint management practices using automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and monitoring strategies.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scripts that automate endpoint management tasks, ensuring that all devices are configured securely and efficiently. Your role will involve monitoring the performance of endpoint systems and making recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights. You will also contribute to the development of documentation and training materials to support the onboarding of new team members and the ongoing education of existing staff.
