Who you are

You have extensive experience in power architecture and implementation, particularly in the context of silicon design for machine learning systems. Your background includes a strong understanding of energy efficiency strategies and the ability to propose high-ROI features that maximize performance within power constraints.

You are skilled in building chip and system-level power models based on empirical data, guiding energy efficiency strategies across organizations. Your expertise in ML workloads and chip architecture allows you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architecture, kernels, and platform design.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the power architecture from concept to high-volume deployment, ensuring that the silicon meets the unique demands of advanced AI workloads. You will collaborate with various teams to architect and implement performance-per-watt optimized AI accelerator chips and systems.

You will be responsible for guiding the organization-wide energy efficiency strategy, leveraging your detailed understanding of ML chip and system architecture. Your work will involve close collaboration with chip and platform architecture/design teams to ensure that power models are grounded in real-world data and experience.
