You have experience in managing complex projects and building strong relationships with partners — you understand the intricacies of coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence decisions and drive alignment across various teams, including Learning & Development, HR, and technical departments. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-impact results that align with broader organizational strategies. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working cross-functionally to create exceptional certification experiences.
What you'll do
As a Launch Manager at OpenAI, you will take ownership of the certification launch process, serving as the primary point of contact for our partners. You will manage the full lifecycle of certification launches, from selection to execution and iteration. Your role will involve coordinating pilot programs, tracking learning outcomes, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the certification experience. You will work closely with product partners to ensure that the certification process is seamless and meets the high standards set by OpenAI. You will also be responsible for building trust with partners and influencing their decisions to ensure successful rollout and adoption of the certifications. Your strategic mindset will help shape the vision and success criteria for each partnership, driving alignment with executive sponsors and technical teams.
